The Intelligence Layer of Banking in Action

Earlier this week I published 7,000 words on why the next Banking won’t have just a dashboard. Today I’m showing you what it actually looks and feels like.

This is the full story — the executive command center we’ve been building at Backbase. In this video, a bank executive walks in on a Monday morning and within minutes: sees what changed over the weekend, analyzes a competitive threat, builds a response campaign, approves it, and deploys it — all in a single conversation. No Jira ticket. No six-month cycle. No meeting to schedule a meeting.

This isn’t a concept video. This is what happens when you put AI product strategists, UX designers, Value Consulting gurus and ML, AI, Mobile, Web engineers in the same room, hand them a clear architectural vision, and tell them: “Make the executive feel the intelligence, not just read about it.”

The gap between knowing and doing — that 2–3 week latency that costs banks millions in competitive response time — collapses to minutes. Not because we sped up the old workflow. Because we eliminated it.
